Announce changes on a Clearpath Community banner

Steps

On the Classic edition home page in Clearpath Community:

• Click the pencil at top left > Manage Group Theme > Edit this Page.
• Hover over the What's New widget.
• Click the cog.
• Change the HTML content.
• Click Save.
• Click Publish.
