Quarterly recaps
Each quarter, the platform team publishes a What changed blog post in Clearpath Community. These meet a high demand for a high-level overview of a release that is easy for internal team members to digest and appropriate for customer-facing team members to share with customers.
Steps
- Ask each PM to submit a "press release" of what changed during the quarter.
- Compile these into the What changed blog post.
- Supplement with information from Azure DevOps feature work items completed during the release. A helpful framework is slide decks used to capture release objectives. Find these in the Program Management folder in the platform team's shared library.
- Include links to supporting demo videos and completed feature requests (both in Clearpath Community) when applicable.
note
Examples of raw "press releases" from PMs
In Clearpath Community, tag the blog post with what changed. This makes it show up in What changed tiles on the landing page of the Classic edition space in Clearpath Community.
