Security permissions

Permissions are rights to complete individual protected actions within Collect. Each is granted through the role assigned to a user.

Key: Collect Administrator (CA) and Application Creator (AC) are global, Collect-wide roles. Application Administrator (AA), Contributor (C), and Reader (R) apply within a single app.
